Meet the Groomer
Hi there, my name is Dianne Wall and I am so excited to have reopened ShamPooch Dog Grooming!
I moved to Newfoundland in May 2022 after living in Ontario my whole life. There, I operated ShamPooch Dog Grooming in Orillia for 9 very successful years.
I was a Readers Choice winner as an individual groomer and as a business for 3 years in a row.
My grooming career started in 2009 when I attended Sheridan College in Brampton, Ont where I graduated the Animal Care program with high honours. We learned everything from nursing to zoology, pharmacology to grooming.
I then attended Pet's Beautiful Inc. in London, Ont where I got my Career Diploma as a Pet Stylist.
For a period of time I also taught Obedience with a local business where we won the Readers Choice Award for Best Instructor.
I have since furthered my education by completing both the Pet Nutrition and Raw Food Nutrition courses from DNM University. Animal nutrition has become a passion of mine and one that I intend to pursue further.
My husband Tyler and I are currently settled in Torbay and have our hands full with our fur babies.
Sir Arthur Hobson is our French Bulldog and was our very first dog together. He is always by my side and is definitely a mamas boy!
Billy is our first kitty and is definitely my little cuddle bug. He likes to act tough and pick on the others, but he is always on guard watching over us.
Margo is our kitten that we got 6 days after arriving in Newfoundland. I felt Billy needed a friend to help settle in to our new home, however she is an absolute nut case and has only made everyone more crazy!
We lost our Princess Penelope in September of 2023 very unexpectedly. She was a very much loved member of our family and her absence is felt daily in our home.
